The ancient practice of yoga is a timeless path to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Our sessions are taught by our expert yoga instructor of 22 years, Nicole Tierre. Nicole is a yogi, Ayurvedic inspired chef, and outdoor enthusiast who uses yoga as a tool to help students find their own personal way to heal and find strength in their unique bodies.
